Testimonials

Liz Gow has been my life coach and has coached me in Kaisen Muse therapy. Her gentle, thoughtful and accepting approach allowed me to feel safe and confident so I could explore myself and my behaviour. Her coaching led to useful, and sometimes startling, insights which continue to serve me well.

About Liz Gow Life Coach

As a practicing Occupational Therapist for the past 15 years, working in mental health, hospice and rehab, I have always believed in people’s ability to achieve for themselves. I am also a supervisor/mentor and regardless of who I have worked with, I am convinced that we all have what it takes to succeed, we just need support to be empowered to access ourselves.

I have always used creativity as a way to encourage a person to connect and regain value of who they are. I am passionate about and believe that gaining/regaining balance, reconnecting with yourself, being creative whatever that might look like, having fun and working towards goals/focus that are about passion and not ‘shoulds’, are the essences of who we are meant to Be.

I am privileged to have learned so much from working with hundreds of people over the years, which led me to train as a Professional Life Coach in 2005/6 with Results Coaching Systems. I am also a certified Kaizen Muse Creativity Coach (KMCC®), qualifying in 2010. These processes continues to fulfill my own life. I highly value integrity, honesty, authenticity, fun and constantly align myself to ‘walk my talk’. I love my role which is to assist others to reach their potential and enjoy the life we are all meant to live.

What I can offer

I thought that I used to live my life to the full but it was in the sense that I mainly worked long hours. I was successful but still did not feel fulfilled and happy. I have been coached on a number of occasions, the latest being Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching. I have over the years tried and tested all the tools that I believe in, gathered experiences, learnt from others etc and know that it is so possible for a person to experience and achieve his/her potential.

I offer you a passion that will support you to reach your potential. I will be honest, authentic and treat you with the respect you deserve at all times. I will walk along side you on this journey and believe in you 100%, sometimes more than you will believe in yourself, I will hold your vision at these times. You will find coaching challenging, interesting, fun and worthwhile. From day one you will take away something that you can use to improve your life.
